Throughout his life, Nursi dedicated himself to reconciling Islamic faith with modern science and reason. His masterwork, the Risale-i Nur Collection, comprises over 6,000 pages of commentary on the Quran and Islamic beliefs.

Despite facing numerous hardships, including exile, imprisonment, and persecution, Nursi remained committed to his mission of spiritual and intellectual revival. He advocated for non-violent resistance and emphasized the importance of positive action through education and spiritual development rather than political confrontation.

His teachings focused on strengthening faith through rational arguments and scientific observations, demonstrating the harmony between revelation and reason. He developed a method of Quranic exegesis that spoke to modern minds while preserving traditional Islamic values.

Nursi passed away in 1960 in Urfa, Turkey, but his legacy continues through his writings, which have been translated into numerous languages and studied worldwide.
